In chemistry, a molecule’s shape determines its function. Shape dictates how molecules interact, bond, and behave. The business analog: how you arrange your resources matters more than what resources you have. Two companies with identical talent, capital, and technology can produce entirely different outcomes depending on organisational structure, team configuration, and process design.
