Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Faster Than Normal AI and related services (the “Service”) provided by Bald Labs Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) scrape, copy, or resell the Service or content without permission; (e) use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, misleading, or infringing content; or (f) use the Service in any way that could harm us or third parties.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain parts of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually as selected). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel. Prices and plans may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, software, and other content we provide (excluding user content and third-party materials), is owned by us or our licensors. You receive no ownership rights other than a limited license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. chat messages). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS IF GREATER).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account and subscription at any time through your account settings or our billing portal. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
