Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how Bald Labs Inc. handles refunds and cancellations for Faster Than Normal AI subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.

1. No Refunds After Payment

All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This applies to monthly, annual, and any one-time or lifetime payments. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or if you stop using the service during your billing period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the subscription management portal we provide (e.g. Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date; we will not charge you again after you cancel.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us at info@baldlabs.co with any billing questions before initiating a chargeback.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions (e.g. in cases of duplicate charges or clear billing errors). Any exception does not create an obligation to do so in the future. Contact us at info@baldlabs.co to request an exception.
