Choose a location you know intimately — your home is ideal. Identify 10-15 distinct spots along a natural walking route through it (front door, hallway, kitchen counter, etc.). To memorize a list, create a vivid, exaggerated image for each item and mentally place it at the next spot. To recall, walk the route and "see" each image. Practice with grocery lists before applying it to business presentations or frameworks.
